Zombo based gospel artiste in trouble over Copyright infringement,westnilexpozed has learnt.

We were flagged with this info stating that there is a growing boil between an upcoming gospel artiste from Zombo known as Sunday One and Swagg Dee’s management over copyright.

Swagg Dee’s management claims the man of God stole an instrumental belonging to their artiste.

This came after Sunday One released his song titled ‘’Tip Tip’’ and Swag Dee landed on it playing on Paidha streets having the same instrumentals with his ‘Ngutt’ song.

He was shocked since his is secular but what he was hearing was gospel. Swag had to go closer to the sound system to clarify his doubts. Indeed he was not dreaming. It was the instrumental of his song playing in another song.

Swag then picked the name of the artiste and reported his shock to his managers to take up the case.

 His management is now requesting the gospel artiste to pull down the song and remake it with a different instrumental or else they will sue him for abuse of copyright.

However, the man of God is insisting that he did no wrong since he was not the producer of his own song. Sunday is saying, Swag Dee and his managers should blame the producer.

Both songs were produced by Deepan oF DCN Recordz, Nebbi.

Take a listen to the two songs below;

1. Ngutt By Swagg Dee

2. Tip Tip By Sunday One
