Pakwach Businessman Warom Patrick comes out boldly to assume The LC III chairperson office.

As we are getting closer to the 2021 polls, Politics has become the current talk of every corner in Uganda. Particularly in Pakwach, couple of Youths have come out to take leadership positions straight from Grassroot levels to the top. Among the confidential Youths is Warom Patrick , a proprietor of give and take Enterprise Pakwach, a mini super market operating along Pakwach Arua Road , Opposite Uganda College of Commerce (UCC) Pakwach Campus. Warom Broke the silence and officially announced his intention for contesting for the office of LC III Pakwach Town Council to the electorates of Pakwach via his social media handles and also through verbal interactions on different occasions. Being a Youth from a humble background, Warom has been assisting many struggling families within West Nile through providing them with basic needs and supporting many Groups. His intention automatically earned him a Honor leaving everyone calling him Chairman, Honorable , Mayor among other Dignitary titles. Warom Patrick is the biggest threat to the incumbent LC III Chairperson Pakwach Town Council. When contacted, Warom Patrick told Westnilexpozed that leadership is God's calling. "I heard this calling in 2016, only that my elders told me to wait for 2021" the hopeful LC III candidate narrated. He said his manifestos are ready and he has confirmed to us that he is coming under the ruling Party National Resistant Movement (NRM) ticket. Warom Patrick is now waiting to battle other candidates in the next Primaries to clear his way to the General Election. "Am coming with a type of leadership that involves Everyone in decision making and finding solutions to our own problems " added Warom Patrick. It is also rumoured that Hon Ocanda Barnabas the Current Youth Councillor Pakwach District and Okethwengu Mike earlier showed interest in the same seat however we were told they are both now consulting for District Councillor positions. Recently the Independent electoral Commission Body of Uganda Released a road map citing scientific electoral process.
